For over two decades, Jorge Monge walked the floors of some of America's most demanding manufacturing and distribution environments — from PepsiCo's West Division to multi-site cold chain operations at Arctic Glacier — driving operational excellence across 11 plants, two countries, and over $4M in documented savings.

In 2026, Jorge founded Refining Edge Works LLC — a Moreno Valley-based consulting firm specializing in TPM, Lean/CI, Operational Excellence, and Grant Writing for small to mid-size manufacturers and mission-driven organizations across Southern California.
